Hey, I’m Martin.
For years, I worked inside the corporate machine—helping teams build systems, lead projects, and chase results. On the surface, it all looked fine. But beneath it, I kept seeing the same rot: shallow work, short-term thinking, politics over performance, and a deep sense that no one actually owned what they were doing.
It became impossible to ignore: corporations weren’t built for humans. They were built for quarterly filings.
I kept searching for a better way. I dove into productivity frameworks, tried leadership philosophies, explored every new method promising fulfillment inside the system. None of it stuck. Because the system itself was the problem.
What I really wanted wasn’t a better job.
I wanted ownership. Clarity. Momentum.
That’s when I realized:
This isn’t a career problem. It’s a system problem.
We don’t need better companies.
We need a different model to contribute, associate, and collaborate.
For decades, we’ve been told that the corporate path is the only real path. Climb the ladder. Follow the playbook. Trade your time for a title.
But somewhere along the way, we stopped creating — and started complying.
We spend more time navigating org charts and office politics than doing anything that actually matters.
And at the end of it all, we’re still left wondering:
“Why does it feel like I’m working so hard… and still getting nowhere?”
This is the Corporate Containment Model.
Where structure looks like stability, but real potential stays bottled up.
We chase titles like they mean something. We confuse busyness with impact. We measure success in:
- Headcounts.
- Performance reviews.
- Budget approvals.
But what if the whole game has been rigged around the wrong scoreboard?
What if security was never the point?
The real cost of this model? It strips people of agency.
It dulls initiative. It breeds compliance. And it rewards playing small.
Instead of building with purpose, we’re stuck:
- Tiptoeing through politics.
- Stalling under managers.
- Numbing out in meetings.
And maybe worst of all — we forget what it feels like to give a shit.
It’s time for a new vibe.
It’s time to stop climbing ladders and start building on our own terms.
It’s about choosing work that matters, with people who energize us, in ways that feel grounded and real.
It’s about structuring our days around contribution, not control. It’s about forming tribes, not teams. Systems that support us, not manage us.
This is how real momentum feels: connected, creative, and self-directed.
And once we find that rhythm — we stop chasing promotions and start shaping something worth showing up for.
That’s what this space is for.
I believe the future belongs to solopreneurs, not corporations.
Not the bloated, brittle institutions chasing quarterly targets. But people with vision, courage, and the tools to move fast, stay light, and build meaningfully.
I’ve spent the last two decades breaking down how independent thinkers create, sell, earn, and stay in motion without burning out or selling out.
What I’ve found is this: solopreneurship isn’t just a career move. It’s a total system shift.
But it’s not easy. That’s why I’ve built this place. To help you (and, to be honest, myself) navigate it.
Here’s what we'll be exploring here:
- The Ice Cream Funnel: a dead-simple way to market by being human, not manipulative.
- Squirrel Selling: my approach to sales that builds trust gradually.
- NanoScalping: a lean trading method to create cash flow outside your core business.
- Flow Channeling: a new rhythm for work that prioritizes depth, clarity, and sustainable momentum.
- Behavioral Modeling: how to rapidly acquire skills by decoding the behavior of masters.
This isn’t for everyone.
It’s for those who are done with the grind. Who are over the hype. Who want to work in a way that feels sustainable, intentional, and truly effective.
If that’s you, welcome. Pick any of the starting points above and get going.
This is a world in construction. You'll land on pages "in development" as you navigate through. At some junctions, I'll give you the opportunity to sign up to get notified when that particular section sees the light of day (and it will be soon, I guarantee you that).
Feel free to focus on just one area, or dive in and immerse yourself in all of it.
At any point, if you care about connecting, drop me a line. I'd love to speak with you and learn more about your adventure.
